You confirm that you own or have the right to use all artwork and content submitted. LabelLlama is not liable for copyright infringement. |
By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:
- • Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- • Submit artwork that infringes on intellectual property rights
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
- • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
By approving your digital proof, you confirm that all details are correct — including spelling, layout, colors, dimensions, and material. Production begins upon proof approval and orders cannot be changed or cancelled once in production.
LabelLlama is not responsible for errors in approved proofs, including spelling mistakes, design errors, or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund if we are unable to fulfill it.
By submitting artwork or content to LabelLlama, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it. You grant LabelLlama a non-exclusive license to use the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
LabelLlama will not reproduce, sell, or distribute your artwork beyond fulfilling your order. All website content, logos, and designs owned by LabelLlama are protected by copyright.
We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated turnaround times begin after proof approval. LabelLlama is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
LabelLlama's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the purchase price of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
