At LabelLlama, every order is custom-manufactured specifically for you. Because of the nature of custom printing, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for orders that have been produced according to your approved proof.

Once you approve your digital proof, you take full responsibility for the accuracy of the final product. This includes spelling, grammar, design layout, colors, dimensions, and material selection.
Approval of the proof confirms that you have reviewed all details and are satisfied with the design. Orders produced according to an approved proof are not eligible for refunds or reprints.
If your order was produced incorrectly due to a manufacturing error on our part, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order.
We will review the issue and, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will reprint or refund the affected items at our discretion.
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once your proof has been approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Colors on screen may vary from printed results due to differences in monitor calibration, screen settings, and print processes. We are not responsible for color variations between digital proofs and the final printed product unless there is a clear manufacturing error.
